COMPANY PROFILE:
Trained in Italy, Australia and the Birmingham School of Jewellery, I have worked in the Jewellery Industry both as a designer and as a jeweller before starting my own Contemporary Handmade Jewellery Business in 2005.
JEWELLERY:
My work has a strong South-east Asian influence with simple, clean lines using primarily silver and fresh water pearls but also semi-precious stones and enamel. Favoured techniques are etching, patination, wax carving, die forming, forging and fabrication but I also use computer aided design together with milling for my more complex pieces. All the jewellery featured on this site is either a limited edition piece or a one-off item.
HALLMARKING:
All my jewellery is hallmarked in accordance with current legislation, with a fineness mark, Birmingham Assay Office's anchor mark and JD, my maker's mark.
