COMPANY PROFILE:

I trained and worked in the jewellery industry in Italy, Australia and the UK before establishing my own work shop in the West Midlands near the borders of South Staffordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire in 2005.

JEWELLERY:

My work has a strong South-east Asian influence with simple, clean lines using primarily silver and fresh water pearls but also semi-precious stones and enamel to give splashes of colour and using etching and forging to give texture.

TECHNIQUES:

My favoured techniques are etching, forging, patination, wax carving, die forming, and fabrication but I also use computer aided design together with milling for my more complex pieces.

HALLMARKING:

All my jewellery is hallmarked, in accordance with current legislation, with a fineness mark, the Birmingham Assay Office Anchor mark and JD, my maker's mark. All the jewellery featured on this site is either a one-off item or a limited edition piece.
